Information collected through Facebook & Instagram lead ads

If you submit a lead form (an "instant form") through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the platform shares the information you entered — such as your name and phone number — with us so that we can respond to your enquiry. That information is collected by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited ("Meta") under Meta's own Privacy Policy, and is then provided to us. We use it only to contact you and prepare your quote, as described in this policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and answer questions.
• To arrange site visits, confirm designs, and carry out installations.
• To follow up with you about your project, usually by WhatsApp.
• To measure and improve the performance of our ads and website, and to show you relevant ads.
• To keep business records and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Photos you upload

Photos you share are stored securely and used only to understand your requirement and prepare your quote. We do not publish photos of your property without your permission.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics, to understand how our website is used and to measure and optimise our advertising. These tools may collect your device and usage data and share certain events (such as a page view or a quote submission) with Meta and Google.
